to current regulatory conditions, we do not sell online. We sell our
wine primarily at our vineyard; click to view our current
price list. In addition,
there are many establishments in our area to
buy our wines,
including restaurants, clubs, wine shops, liquor stores and supermarkets. We are also
able to ship wines to wine lovers in some
states under certain conditions. Please
contact us.
In addition to our wonderful wines, we also offer related
merchandise. For your special events, we
offer private labeling of our bottles. If
and when regulatory issues change, we may be
able to sell our wines online. We will update our site as relevant
developments occur and provide information as to how you could help.

Wine of the Month for June
20% Off of Revolution Independence 08
Beginning June 1st, SMV's featured wine for the month of June is Revolution Independence 08, and is offered at 20% off regular prices for glasses, bottles or cases. The 2008 Revolution Winery Independence Rosé of Merlot is inspired by the elegant and crisp flavors of the rosés from France's Southern Rhône and Provence. Like the best of these wines, we consider our Independence as a red wine meant to be chilled. Made by “La methôde saignée” (How French vignerons refer to the “bleeding off” of juice after this skin contact), this dry Rosé was barrel fermented and oak aged to enhance its character and complexity. Excellent as a “stand-alone” aperitif, this robust rosé will pair with grilled white meat and dark fish (salmon, sword, tuna) and any dessert featuring fresh fruit. Independence is ready to consume anytime. Serve chilled.

Regulatory Issues
Through the great efforts of Delegate Brian Feldman, and help from
Senator Garagiola, as well as splendid work by Pat Roddy, Sugarloaf
Mountain Vineyard - starting on April 10, 2007 - has now been enabled to
sell its wine directly to all other wine licensees in Montgomery County
without having to go through the Montgomery County Liquor Control Board.
This right extends to all Class 6 wine licensees (those which produce
27,500 gallons of wine or fewer in any given calendar year.) We are
proud to have been part of the team producing this breakthrough
legislation.
