At Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard it is made in the light, fruity Italian style. Outstanding with surprising complexity and classic Pinot Grigio characteristics, this wine pairs well with sauced pastas, risotto, omelettes, quiches and grilled white meats or salmon. With its pale straw color, our Pinot Grigio invites a swirl, releasing aromas of apple, spice and melon along with hints of lychee, pear and white pepper. On the palate, this light to medium bodied wine provides layers of citrus, slate, olive and a refreshing minerality along with a lingering finish reminiscent of lemon zest and grapefruit.
