The Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard Rosé is made from Merlot grapes. The wine was made using the saignee method; bleeding a red grapes tank, a few hours after crush. Merlot's characteristics are red fruit (such as raspberry, strawberry, and cherry) and soft mouth feels. This wine can be enjoyed cold by itself during the hot days of the spring and summer. And also can be paired with pizza, pasta and bbq.
