The Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard Rosé is made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine was made using the saignée method; bleeding a red grapes tank a few hours after crush. Cabernet Franc's characteristics are red fruit (such as raspberry, spicey peppery and violets) and soft mouth feels. Cabernet Sauvignon is building the structure and developing volume in the palette. This wine can be enjoyed cold by itself during the hot days of the spring and summer.
