Revolution’s Pursuit of Happiness is a late harvest Malvasia Bianca. Allowed to remain in the vineyard past the typical harvest date, the “Malvasia” raisins on the vine, providing high sugar content and intense flavors to the wine. A dessert onto itself, pair the “Pursuit” with Fresh fruit tartes, strong cheeses, assorted dried fruits. Excellent now, this will continue to develop, peaking in two to three years. Serve chilled.

As you pour the wine, you will notice a beautiful straw glow and its glass-coating viscosity promising a richly rewarding tasting experience. The aromas are concentrated and complex with scents of golden raisin, honeysuckle, muscat, apricot and citrus. The flavors fill the mouth in a hedonistic explosion of spicy clove, raisin and honey along with notes of green apple and orange blossom. Pursuit of Happiness finishes smooth with hints of citrus and spice. Typical of all great dessert wines this Late Harvest Malvasia Bianca has a balance of sweetness and natural acidity.
