EVOE! catches your attention with an inky garnet color, with the offer of purple notes along its fine edges. On the nose, aromas of black currant, walnut and jam advance assertively along with notes of toast, hazlenut and coffee. On the palate, the wine expresses flavors of black currant, ripe berries and plume with hints of vanilla. Round, full tannins await the finish with suggestions of dried fig, raisin, cocoa and coffee. Demonstrating astonishing complexity, EVOE! will pair flawlessly with tenderloin, pork roast and game. Exceptional now, this wine will peak within 5 years and will age gracefully for up to 10 years.
