and dark with a complex structure. Food pairings for this wine include grilled or lightly sauced beef and aged cheeses. While approachable now, this wine will be at its best in three years and will age well up to 7 years.

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon
This elegant Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of blackberry, cassis, and perfume. The palate is full and rich with complex notes of pepper, jam, red berries, and almonds. The finish leaves notes of leather, mocha, and black pepper. This wine pairs well with prime rib, soft, pungent cheeses and dark chocolate.
