The Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is made
in the style of the best new world Cabernets. The wine is rich
and dark with a complex structure. Food pairings for this wine include grilled or lightly sauced beef and aged cheeses. While approachable now, this wine will be at its best in three years and will age well up to 7 years.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon - Sold Out!
This medium ruby red wine exhibits cherries, strawberries and smoky notes on the nose. The medium bodied palate opens up onto earthy notes with mushroom, nuts, red berries and spices. The 08 Cabernet Sauvignon offers a creamy finish with soft, plieant tannins. It pairs well with roasted meats, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
