Our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine, rich and dark with
complex flavors, robust tannins and an intense ruby red complexion.
Inviting aromas of blackberries, almond, hazelnut and spice leap from
the glass. The intense, dark berry fruit continues on the palate with
notes of plum, cedar and dark chocolate. The “Cabernet” finishes strong
and lingers with hints of coffee and dark chocolate.

Building upon the award winning 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, this opulent
wine displays a dark, garnet color and aromas of cassis, anise, toast,
raisin and cinnamon. The palate offers a mouth-coating texture and a
wonderful progression of flavors from black cherry, currant, dried
fruit, coffee and black pepper culminating in a long finish reminiscent
of a double espresso paired with a dark chocolate cherry torte. This
