An Update From the Winery & Vineyard

By . July 1st, 2016. Posted in At the Winery

In the winery, Manolo has begun final preparations for bottling which will take place in August.

In the vineyard Julio and his team are removing the suckers from the vine trunks. They are also straightening the shoots to a vertical position to prevent crossover and promote consistent growth and ripening of the grapes. They recently completed planting of two new fields with 8000 vines including the addition of Petit Manseng to our portfolio.
